Network Mangement

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides services in conjunction with preventative maintenance and fault response services in the field.

Our NOC is staffed on a 24x7 basis and provides an excellent vehicle for leveraging current processes, practices and relationships to provide a seamless fault callout and tracking system.

The components of the available NOC services may be separated into the following inter-related activities:
  • Fault management
  • Fault escalation
  • Fault reporting
  • Planned outage management
  • Operational Support System (OSS) development and support

The NOC’s functionality is process driven and underpinned by standardised processes developed to meet our clients' requirements.
